What you need
A HEOS device on the same Wi-Fi as your phone. Zapbar is tested on the Denon DHT-S716H; other HEOS devices work for the basics and gain features as they are tested.
Questions
- Zapbar doesn't find my soundbar
- Make sure your phone is on the same Wi-Fi as the soundbar, not a guest network. You can also type the soundbar's IP address on the setup screen.
- The volume keys stop working after a while on my Samsung
- One UI puts apps to sleep. In Zapbar, open Settings → Remote → "Keep volume keys working when the app is closed" and allow Zapbar to run unrestricted.
- I tipped and reinstalled; where are my perks?
- Install Zapbar from Google Play with the same Google account and open Settings. Your tip is restored automatically.
